Led cultural change initiatives helping teams adopt agile and collaborative ways of working, across LATAM (AMD).
Over 500 people trained in Agile methodologies across LATAM through workshops and synchronous programs (Design Thinking House).
Scaled teams and facilitated collaboration across UX, research, and product strategy (Accenture).
Generated strategic insights from UX research to guide product and service decisions at the Agro Tech Business (Bayer / Magoya).
Designed UX training programs adopted across multiple cohorts and organizations (Digital House).
Led discovery and research processes for a satellite-tasking and space infrastructure company, working with distributed teams across Europe to improve decision-making, internal workflows, and product clarity in highly technical contexts (Open Cosmos).
