  • Led cultural change initiatives helping teams adopt agile and collaborative ways of working, across LATAM (AMD).

  • Over 500 people trained in Agile methodologies across LATAM through workshops and synchronous programs (Design Thinking House).

  • Scaled teams and facilitated collaboration across UX, research, and product strategy (Accenture).

  • Generated strategic insights from UX research to guide product and service decisions at the Agro Tech Business (Bayer / Magoya).

  • Designed UX training programs adopted across multiple cohorts and organizations (Digital House).

  • Led discovery and research processes for a satellite-tasking and space infrastructure company, working with distributed teams across Europe to improve decision-making, internal workflows, and product clarity in highly technical contexts (Open Cosmos).
